With my service I do not take shortcuts. When I offer a full service I do to what is expected from my clients. I remove and wash covers, wash the filters, wash indoor coils and fan scrolls and, veins and I finish off by spraying disinfect through system and drying off excess water. I check operating temps, and wipe and clean diffuses for ducted systems. I also check outdoor units to clean and remove rubbish and plant matter. I will inform the customer if any additional work needs to done.
This professional service I am offering is from only $80 per unit. For premises that have more than one unit a discount may be applied depending on the number of units. A travel sercharge of $25 will be applied if service is out of the Whangarei area. Payment is either cash or bank transfer.
